I am getting deals but am I registered on the site to make a purchase?
You may be signed up to receive deals, but you will have to register on our site before you can make a purchase for the first time. Simply register with a username and password. I want to buy a Hometown Deal – now what?
It’s easy! Simply click “Buy It” and you will be directed to the payment section. You will receive an e-mail verifying your purchase.
** Where do I find my voucher? **
When you log into your account, your vouchers will automatically be available to print. If you don’t see them, click on “my vouchers” in the top right corner of the screen. You can then click on view my vouchers on your account screen to print. Remember, your voucher will be ready after your purchase, but please wait 24 hours to redeem. Check voucher for details.
Do I have to print my Hometown Deal?
Yes. Unless otherwise instructed, you print the voucher and present it to the merchant.
What if I cancel and change my order?
Customers have to contact the featured merchants on an individual basis to address their concerns related with products and services offered.
Can I return a Hometown Deal?
Unfortunately, not, as the deals we offer are time sensitive. Therefore, it is impossible for us to make returns. Will my Hometown Deal expire? How many can I buy?
Yes, there will be an expiration date. An expiration date and any quantity limitations will be the sole discretion of the featured merchants.
Can I combine my Hometown Deal with any other offers or specials from the merchants?
Usually not, unless we have a mutual agreement with the merchants to promote the Hometown Deal in combination with other offers.
Oops! I missed a deal, can I still purchase it?
Unfortunately, not, as each deal has a specific window of availability. We may have a similar deal in the future, be we offer no guarantees, allow no backorders and have no waiting/notifications lists.

Why am I directed to the PayPal site upon purchase?
